Return Policy by Footwear By Footskins

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund moccasins and other moccasin products within 30 days provided that the leather footwear is new and does not show wear.  The 30-day return/exchange policy does not apply to Christmas gift orders, which may be exchanged or returned through January.

Our moccasin footwear is guaranteed against defects in workmanship.  No returns or refunds on custom items. (Please reference "Custom Footwear.") There will be a 10% restocking charge on all returns but not on exchanges.

Defective merchandise will be either replaced or repaired at our discretion. An explanation of the nature of the defect must be included with the returned merchandise. This guarantee covers obvious manufacturing defects, not wear-related issues.

PLEASE NOTE:  The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping exchanged or refunded merchandise back to Footskins. We will cover shipping costs of exchange pairs back to the customer.

For international customers, we will cover the standard domestic charges of shipping your exchange item back to you. You will be responsible for any additional international shipping costs.
