Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund moccasins and other moccasin products within 30 days of delivery date provided that the leather footwear is new and does not show wear.  The 30-day return/exchange policy does not apply to Christmas gift orders, which may be exchanged or returned through January.

Our moccasin footwear is guaranteed against defects in workmanship.  Defective merchandise will be either replaced or repaired at our discretion. An explanation of the nature of the defect must be included with the returned merchandise. This guarantee covers obvious manufacturing defects, not wear-related issues.

Exchanges:

- Please include a copy of your invoice.
- Cut off and attach the bottom of the Exchange & Return form that came with your order, noting style and size desired.
- Pack carefully for shipping to the address below (your choice of carrier).
- We cover shipping the exchange back to you.

Returns:

- Please include a copy of your invoice.
- Cut off and attach the bottom of the Exchange & Return form that came with your order, noting reason for return.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns but not on exchanges.
- No returns or refunds on custom items.  (Please reference "Custom Footwear.")
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on any "special order" items or any items not returned in "like new" condition.
- Pack carefully for shipping to the address below (your choice of carrier).

PLEASE NOTE:  The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping exchanged or refunded merchandise back to Footskins. We will cover shipping costs of exchange pairs back to the customer.

For international customers, we will cover the standard domestic charges of shipping your exchange item back to you. You will be responsible for any additional international shipping costs.
